    I already have your PP15 book.

    Hmmm..That’s hard to say. I love all your recipes from this book but if I have to pick one I would have to go with your “Sweetballs”. I made them once for dinner and my husband and friends devoured them! They were a huge success. I love everything you come up with that has sweet potatoes…. :)

Last Thanksgiving my husband and I had our last “meat”… the turkey for dinner. We have moved to a plant-based/vegan diet and are SO happy. My kids are not 100%, but have so greatly improved their diets. And I want to thank you for your wonderful recipes!     Being vegan in France is a little challenging but thanks to you and other wonderful chefs, it becomes as easy as it gets.
